About Us

Founded in 2006, Encore Envelopes was established to provide a flexible & affordable envelope manufacturing service specialising in small to medium sized production runs. We have gained a reputation for supplying quality products & developing innovative solutions to a range of envelope challenges. We stock envelopes made from various papers & what we don't have on the shelf can usually be manufactured in a few days.

With in-house die-design, die-cutting, and envelope forming machines we are well equipped to accommodate a wide variety of requests including:

• Standard or custom sizes (nominally from 85mm x 85mm to slightly larger than C4 (229mm x 324mm)), please enquire.
• Use of a range of papers (colours, thicknesses, textures, etc.) from all the main paper merchants.
• Range of sealing options (Tropical Seal, Peel & Seal).
• Featured envelopes (windows, perforations, numbering, embossing etc.).

We have a flexible business approach & are happy to provide a full manufacturing package or a selection of services as required. If printing is required, we can organise with our preferred local printers, or liase with your own.
